Yes. Upgrade to Pro at any time from your organization's billing page: Pro starts right away, and seats you add mid-month are prorated. To go back to Free, cancel on the same page: Pro stays until the end of the month you have paid for, and you can change your mind until then.

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), hosted on Microsoft Azure in Sweden Central, and the server checks your role on every request. Your data is yours: we never sell it or use it for advertising. See Security & data for the details.
Yes, on Pro and Enterprise, and during the 90-day Pro trial. Organization owners connect Microsoft Entra ID or another OpenID Connect identity provider with verified email domains, and their team signs in with their work accounts. On every plan, anyone can sign up and sign in with a Microsoft work account. See how sign-in works.
