Product Planner is a suite of interactive planning tools for modern product teams. It includes User Story Mapping, Opportunity Solution Trees, visual roadmaps, and AI-powered insights — all in one collaborative workspace.
Product Planner is designed for product managers, product owners, UX designers, developers, and anyone involved in product discovery and delivery. Whether you work on a small startup team or in a large enterprise, the tools adapt to your workflow.
No — Product Planner is a fully web-based application. Just open your browser, sign up, and start planning. It works on Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari.
An Opportunity Solution Tree (OST) is a visual framework that maps a desired outcome to opportunities (user problems or needs) and the solutions that address them. It helps teams stay focused on outcomes rather than outputs, and enables structured, evidence-based prioritization.
User Story Mapping is a technique that organizes user stories into a visual map exhibiting the complete user journey. It helps teams identify the minimum viable product (MVP), plan releases, spot gaps in coverage, and maintain a user-centric perspective throughout development.
You get full access to all Product Planner features for 3 months — no credit card required. At the end of the trial you can choose a plan that fits your team, or continue with a limited free tier.
We offer three plans: a Free tier for individuals and small experiments, a Pro plan for growing teams with advanced collaboration features, and an Enterprise plan with SSO, dedicated support, and custom contracts. Visit our Pricing page for details.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We host on Microsoft Azure with comprehensive security practices, regular security reviews, and structured audit logging. Your data is yours — we never sell it or use it for advertising.
SSO via SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect is available on the Enterprise plan. We integrate with providers like Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, Google Workspace, and others. See plan details.
Data is stored in Microsoft Azure data centers. By default we use the region closest to your team, and Enterprise customers can choose specific regions (EU, US, Asia-Pacific) to meet data-residency requirements.

Multiple team members can work on the same board simultaneously. Changes sync instantly via SignalR, so everyone sees the latest state in real time. Team voting lets you collaboratively prioritize opportunities and solutions.
Your team can collaborate on boards within shared workspaces using role-based access control. All Pro and Enterprise members can view and edit planning artifacts together in real time.
The Free tier supports up to 3 members. Pro plans support unlimited members with role-based access control. Enterprise plans add advanced permissions, SSO, and audit logging.
